Throughout my career and my own life, I've learned that lasting change rarely happens through inspiration alone.

 

It happens when people have the clarity to define where they want to go, the confidence to believe it's possible, the capability to take the next step and a community that encourages them to keep going.

I created The Eight House because I believe women already have incredible potential. Sometimes what we need isn't fixing. We need space to think, confidence to begin, practical support to grow and a community that believes in us.

 

My hope is that The Eight House becomes a place where women feel encouraged, equipped and inspired to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
